MultiTech’s service division consist of a team of 25+ techs ranging from HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal and electrical certified personnel.

With a support office staff of four, this division runs 24/7 with an escalating process for all after hours calls. Some of the key points for the service division are as follows:

If call not answered by tech within 3 mins Call made to Service Manager cell and/or residence

All licensed plumbers are backflow certified for installation and testing of devices all and are OWWA or AWWA certified

Answering Service to receive call and decipher HVAC or Plumbing or Electrical

Multiple techs both HVAC/Plumbers with gas certification

HVAC Techs are fluent in Liebert and Vertiv maintenance and startups

All Emergency response times are kept to a minimum

All after hours calls have an aggressive escalation process:

Process will be repeated until dispatched

Call made to tech and email sent to Service Team
