Construct, supply and install – Substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, battery storage systems, Ground grids, lightning arrestors, fuses, breakers, Cabling & terminations, Terminal & switch poles, Testing (megger, Hi-POT), Duct banks c/w excavation and backfill, Concrete – pre-cast forms as well as fire separation walls, Pole bases (high mast & regular parking lot lighting) – all with our own in-house forces and equipment
We provide engineering and design for – Substation & transformer layout, Station ground electrodes, Concrete equipment pads, pole structures concrete / wood c/w associated base requirements, Fuse selection studies (primary device protection), duct bank (configuration, routing), ESA HV submissions c/w drawings
Maintenance services provided – Examination of equipment condition, Identification of any safety issues or hazards, Transformer oil sample testing, Performance of transformer turn ratio tests on windings, contact resistance testing on switching, fuse link resistance tests, cable insulation tests, etc.
Transportation infrastructure – Rail overhead catenary system (OCS), Dry system conduit network and manholes, Traction power substation (TPSS) supply and installation, Traction power substation (TPSS) Pfister terminations
