PROJECT OVERVIEW

Innisfil Community Health Hub is a two story Multi Unit Medical Building. The Flag Ship Tenant is Royal Victoria Hospital Chemo. It also includes Dr. Offices, walk-in clinic, CMHA, Georgian Radiology, Stroud Drs, Dental and Pharmacy.

SCOPE OF WORK

MultiTech was the electrical contractor providing supply and installation services including main high voltage transformer, exterior power, and communications duct bank. Exterior lighting, main switchboard and distribution including transformers. Natural gas generator, 2 automatic transfer switches. Power including hospital grade receptacles confirming to CSA-Z32-15, light fixtures, emergency lighting system, battery packs, and exits. Work also included low voltage lighting control, rough in of all security doors, auto doors, communications, and cable tray. Universal washroom door controls, signage, grounding, civil work for all duct banks, pole bases, and services. Mechanical wiring of rood top units, low voltage sinks and auto flushes.
