PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Scotiabank’s philosophy is to integrate corporate social responsibility into all day-to-day business activities, and also in building employee engagement, maintaining strong governance practices and supporting the communities that they serve. This project does exactly that, the redevelopment of the ground floor to allow for a better and safer work flow for their employees.

SCOPE OF WORK

This In this project Multitech will be responsible for all electrical components. We will be installing all new cables for a completely upgraded communication package which will be connecting to their existing infrastructure, all while the building is fully operational. In a previous project we upgraded the building fire alarm system and will extend this upgrade into this tenant space. All this work will be completed by our forces and then third party verified. Our new electrical work will consist of all new wiring for furniture and power requirements, new panel work and a completely new lighting package to suite the new ceiling grid and office layout.
