PROJECT OVERVIEW

Learning Centre is a 10-story commercial and residential building consisting of the following: Residence space, classrooms, underground parking, expanded study and collaborative student spaces, student and hospitality services, a new home for the Student Wellness Centre and McMaster Child Care Centre.

SCOPE OF WORK

This project was a residential building with commercial style mechanical system. We provided all sheet metal work within the entire building, this included all mechanical rooms and individual student spaces. MultiTech also installed all standard plumbing and fitting for the entire building. This work involved all private washrooms and infrastructure for all mechanical systems within the building.
