PROJECT OVERVIEW

Building D&E were the second installment in this planned industrial park. The original three buildings comprising of 1,280,216 sq ft are fully leased and the new buildings will add an additional 773,115 sq ft of Tier 1 prime space for multipurpose companies looking for a prime location in the GTAA West.

SCOPE OF WORK

PBW completed this project in the summer of 2021, providing duct banks, transformer foundations and communication conduits before supplying and installing 2 44kv-600/347 transformers (1 4000 KVA, 1 2000 KVA), complete with free standing terminal poles, with S&C load interrupter switch, arrestors, cabling and terminations. A ground study was also completed before the job was commenced along with all ESA drawings and submissions
